No, it is not Scalextric. Our 8 lane track is completely custom designed and built, sculptured, simple
and stand alone. Most slot car tracks, or off the shelf brands’ suffer with reliability, not ours! Just pure adrenalin slot car racing underthe spotlights, showing off the sculptured, dramatic shape of the track, and the eye catching copper braided rails and coloured Racing Lines.
- How many people can play?
Racing Lines provide you with a bespoke game play system specifically designed to suit your event.
For large attendances, a ‘party mode’ always provides non stop race action, and enables all those
wishing to compete the opportunity to prove their skills. All winning race times are recorded, tension always mounts toward the end of your event as those addicted relentlessly pursue the fastest time
of the day! Parties of 8 to 80 racers are perfectly suited to our Championship format, where drivers’
get the opportunity to race every car in a full race series. Lucky wins’ become negligible, as the true
stars of the track come to the fore, often resulting in a nail biting season finale.
- How long does Racing Lines take to set up?
Assembly time varies per event. As a general rule we consider 40 minutes maximum, including testing, ample time.
- How old do I have to be to play?
If you can get your finger around the trigger, you are old enough to play. Whether your guests be
4, or 94, Racing Lines is the entertainment package guaranteed to bring out the child in everyone.
- Can we organise team events?
Racing Lines' bespoke gameplay system allows team championship racing, as well as individual events.
Whether it be men versus ladies, kids versus adults, or the sales department versus the marketing department, the Racing Lines automated points scoring system accumulates the results to give race
by race team positions and a definative overall team champion.
- How far can Racing Lines travel to a party?
The track is designed to travel, light and fast. We can transport our track to any location by road, rail
or air.
- How long does a Racing Lines event last?
A typical entertainment event would last for 3 hours, but this is totally flexible. Racing Lines also cater
for longer daytime events, such as exhibition stand entertainment, or commercial new product launches.
- Can Racing Lines supply prizes?
Racing Lines can provide your event with some truly authentic motor sport prizes, and would be happy to discuss this option with you.
- How much space does the track take up?
The actual track size is 4.5m x 2.1m (15ft x 7ft), whilst the overall event space requirements allowing for players is 6.5m x 4.5m (21ft x 15ft) . The track is designed for indoor or marquee use only.
- !s it suitable for team building?
Racing Lines is tremendous as a corporate or private team building activity. Using our automated points scoring system, there is nowhere to hide for team players as they become either heroes, or villains!
- Our venue is upstairs, is this a problem?
The Racing Lines track is designed to be light and fast. Where access to the venue involves stairs, all
we ask is a little more set up time.
We are not the only company with a giant track, but why just settle for a giant track? Racing Lines is
not only about our custom built tracks. Racing Lines was born from a client driven desire for bespoke events and entertainment, we add the performance double act of two race marshals using live
screened scoring and full media support for any event requirement. It’s your choice.
